Q:  How can I get my logo digitized for embroidery?

A: We are able to accept a jpeg, eps, or pdf files and create a digitized file for embroidery.


Q: How much is the set-up charge?

A: The set-up charge is based on the number of stitches in the logo.  Please send us your logo for a free quote.


Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A:  Turnaround time for an order is two weeks from the date the order was placed.  However, if the customer is in need of a rush order, we are generally able to accommodate.


Q: What is the minimum number of pieces I can order?

A: There is no minimum number of pieces per order.


Q: Do you have a catalog, or samples that I can look at?

A: Yes, we have provided links to two of our catalogs under the "Products/Distributors" tab on our site.  If there is something specific you are looking for, that you have not found in the catalogs, please contact us.


Q: Can I send my own goods to be embroidered?

A: Yes. 


Q:  How many colors can my logo be?

A: Logos are typically 2-3 colors, but it is possible to do as many as 9.
